As English as "Shall We Kiss" is French, this film stars Michael Caine as a regretful, retired magician who helps the life-after-death-obsessed son of the family that runs his old folks home grow up a bit. Michael Caine is (typically) excellent. The actors playing the couple who run the old folks home do a good job as well, though they do not get much of the spotlight.
