Alas, Seattle is not the capital of good pizza. Seattle merely burns with a lust for bureaucratic approval.
In other parts of the world restaurants might try to get a reputation for good pizza by serving good pizza, but around here we do it the official way.
Who are the Italians to say what's good pizza and what's not?! : P
